Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love everything you ordered – but if something isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

• You are responsible for return shipping.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• A $9 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover original shipping and handling costs.
• We do not offer exchanges at this time.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• All items marked Final Sale and all international orders outside the USA and UK are non-returnable.

To request a return, please email us at support@luxejewishlife.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.
